Apples on Puff Pastry

No exact recipe to this, simple to make.

Heat oven to 350 F 
Line your baking dish with parchment paper. Roll out your puff pastry.

Slice your apples as thin as you can and line them on top of the puff pastry.

Sprinkle some cinnamon (to taste), icing sugar,  toss on some raisins ,sliced almonds and grate 2 Tablespoons of cold butter on top. Bake for 40 minutes.

Remove, let cool.

Once cooled, sprinkle with icing sugar. Done.
