Silver Anniversary Cake

This cake is called the "Alma Delight" as it was named after my grandmother Alma who used to make the most wonderful cakes. This one in particular is Chocolate and orange, layers and layers constisting of different orange and chocolate fillings.

I put some orange oil in the fondant to give it a wonderful taste, Yes Fondant can taste good if it is light and not to thick.
