What does your grease trap look like? I am collecting pictures of grease traps to expand my website gallery at www.greasetrap.ca. I would like the thoughts of the chefs to determine if teh Chefs have any concern on the grease that collects in the sewers. This grease is affecting our drinking water as well as destroying aquatic life.
