This is a breast of duck with caramized baby onions and yellow baby peppers, dill potato slices and a blueberry and chocolate sauce. I have always said on CT that blueberry and chocolate pair well in a sauce.....it really does. I hope you like this picture, made this today. If you have any questions just let me know.
