Peanutbutter Pie with Chocolate cookie crust and Chocolate ganache top. The garnish is Crème fraîche . I realise the ganache top looks overwhelming, so i used semi sweet chocolate, as the peanutbutter pie itself is very rich. Overall in a small serving its a nice dessert- just dont over do this one on the plating!
