    Looks tasty, what is a mussel Poke?

    It's so good!! Tako or Octopus is as you know either cooked very quickly or for ever. Poke can be made to anyones taste. This one came from the local supermarket, where you can get from anywhere, it's simply, white onion, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil & red pepper flakes for heat.

    okay, I should pay closer attention! Sorry Nicko, I thought you were commenting on the Tako! Mussel Poke is the same. It's steamed and stucked Mussels with the same type of sauce as the Tako. Though anything goes with Poke, it's all to taste. Have you read Sam Choy's cookbook? Great Poke, different ...
