Rare seared rib steak, parsnip puree, braised oxtail, mixed mushroom and pearl onion ragout. I like the flavour of chives so it's not a useless garnish :P Not the most inspired presentation and the angle doesn't showcase all the elements... but it's got a rustic quality.
