I don't know if you will see this but I was just wondering if you could post the recipe for the green tomato jam or even here will do ? We make alot of yellow tomato jam with lemon slices and its terrific on toast or baguette. I see you have yours with pate ( comme ici - Montreal). Thank you Chris for sharing your recipes and photos.
