To this day, he still has that picture on his FaceBook page! He just finished his AA degree in Culinary and is going on for his Bachelor's in Hospitality Management at University of Delaware.

Proof that Culinary School can prove to be so beneficial especially in his case, shows his integrity, pashion and commitment, I applaud these ones and their mentors (like you and cape chef) who excell at excellence, discipline and organizational skills in teaching such ones.
