Puff pastry case: wrap around a greased metal mold, then wrap the whole thing tightly in foil. Bake, cool, remove. the garnish is a "window pane" Parsley baked between two slices of potato. Don't forget the salt!

Thinly slice some potatoes, consecutive ones so they match each other, or use a cutter to they match up. dip them in oil, salt them, sandwich an herb between each one, and then sandwich those between two Silpats. And bake them. 400° 25 minutes.
