I love cream cheese icing & at the time I was still with STarbucks so I had tons of coffee and decided to try espresso icing. Pulled a couple of shots from my home espresso machine added the shots to the cream cheese before the powdered sugar and it was amazing. I split the batch in half before adding the shots to make a combo of brown and white
