This type of bread is part of a Venezuelan holiday tradition that we Venezuelans eat specially in the month of December and is made with smoked ham, green olives and raisins, I could say that it reaches the umami factor perfectly combining the salty, sweet, Smokey and briny flavors inside a soft and moist bread dough. What does your grease trap look like?

 I am collecting pictures of grease traps to expand my website gallery at www.greasetrap.ca.

I would like the thoughts of the chefs to determine if teh Chefs have any concern on the grease that collects in the sewers.

This grease is affecting our drinking water as well as destroying aquatic life.

This is a Parmesan custard with edamame beans, asparagus and purple sprouting broccoli. The sauce is made with anchovies. This is a recipe from Pier, a great cookbook and restaurant in Rose Bay Australia owned by Greg doyle, we made it for 140 guests!
