If you plan to put up a large number of Ball or Mason jars of fruits, vegetables, pickles, meats, preserves, relishes, jams, jellies for resale, a large family, or long-term storage - this is the presure cooker you want. While you need not necessarily have a commercial stove, the conventional 30" kitchen stove, while useable, may not be the most efficient way to employ this cooker.
