Standard for 9-Inch Skillet

Posted

Pros: Built to last for many years

Cons: none

I have used this skillet for a very long time and have cooked almost everything on it.  Like the previous reviewer its not mean to be used to large amounts of food but used correctly in the right amounts of meats or sauces.   I use this pan the most when I cook specialty foods because when it comes down to my catering career, consistency is key.    Cleans very easy and fast too.   Highly recommend this for the pro who wants a standard pan in their kitchen.   Reza San Diego Catering

Great workhorse for small meals

Pros: Easy-to-use size, easy to clean, sturdy, even heat
