Good appliance to have in your kitchen . It is
1. Easy to handle
2. Great to mix bread dough since the heat from the motor helps the dough rise faster.
3. Chops and grinds meat properly.
4. Shreds cheese, vegetable
I use it to prepare many dishes including Vietnamese Pork Smooth Sausage and making soybean milk.
