Only had it since November, but so far I love it. I bought it to replace a Keurig Platinum Brewing system (I had problems with the Keurig and had it replaced three times in 2 years)

I have arthritis so can't handle a pot of coffee, so this is ideal. I can make a cup of coffee, use the hot water to make tea from tea bags, and to make a bowl of instant oatmeal.
