The Dexter offset bread knife is the best serrated knife I have ever used. The 7" blade slices through freshly baked bread without misshaping it!! Splitting rolls and bagels is a breeze. I have divided cakes with ease and control. I love the feel of the handle in my hand. I recommend this knife anyone dealing with baked goods.
