This course combines intensive hands-on training with applied theory and demonstration classes, and work experience in the kitchen of an authentic French restaurant. 2014 Dates : June, 30th to August, 22nd 2014 Ducasse Commis Chef Program: 5 months of skills-building training & 3 months internship The Ducasse Commis Chef Program is adapted to people who want to master professional basic skills and integrate into a professional kitchen. 2014 Dates : April, 28th 2014 to January, 3rd 2015 - 3 PLACES AVAILABLE LEFT Ducasse Chef de Partie Program: 3 months of skills-building training & 3 months internship This program is designed for culinary school graduates and young culinary professionals who want to improve their culinary expertise and technical skills.
