Super handy for quick/easy/healthy recipes

 great cookbook if you need a quick and easy, but healthy, meal.  i really like that the recipes are adapted for one or two people (sometimes challenging for us more novice cooks to adapt larger recipes for fewer people).  most of these recipes are fantastic -- i trust her flavors -- although i'd probably shy away from some of the more "comfort food" recipes...  i made the turkey meatloaf and the mashed potatoes and...lets face it.... if you really want meatloaf and mashed potatoes you've gotta go for the full fat. ;) all in all, though, a great resource!!
