Cons: Stains easily Board container flimsy Actual cutting surface is small. More a novelty than a tool
This future Culinary Academy student takes the dangers of cross contamination seriously
He liked the color coding feature....did not have to stop and ask his mom which board to use everytime.
The dishwasher safe part was welcome although he still cleaned with bleach anyway.
All in all he is happy with this set but he doesn't think it will hold up to frequent use ( every day meal prep use).
