Pros: Long scalloped blade
Cons: Unimpressive Plastic handle
This is actually a very good slicer. The scalloped blade helps prevent meat from sticking to the blade. The long 12" blade makes the knife useful for most any job you'll face. The blade itself is actually very nice looking to. So if you are using it for, say, a Thanksgiving meal, it will perform well and look good. Sadly, the plastic handle looks a little cheap compared to the rest of the knife. Retains edge very well too.
