Pros: cost, edge,
Cons: almost too light ,color, small handle
I love knives, I own more than 100 cooking knives and other tactical or and or pocket knives. I have many kershaw knives and have always thought they give a good bang for your buck. I do own some shun knives but even though they are very sharp they are not totally comfortable in my hand I guess I'm a rocker not a slicer. I've been in this bussiness for over twenty two years. I have some very high end knive, but for some reason or another I don't like to use them at work because they may sprout leg or usually get thrown in the trash (at least my pairing knives). So I was looking for something inexpensive that I wouldn't cry if It got lost. Once I accidentally left my knife roll at the restuarant and you guessed it they all got stolen that or they were invisible( I never found them), some were never replaced, I had a beautiful old henckels that was carbon steel before they became popular again. Every time I think of them I cry. So back to the subject, I was kinda skepticle of these knives cause the package weighed more than the knife, but I really am enjoying them for the most part.Even though I've only had them for a week they are the knife that I am reaching for more and more. I don't need to tell you how they cut an onion or how they cut meat, but I will tell you that this knife (for the money) feels ready to go for everything I use. The best ten bucks I ever spent.
