Cons: Like all the Kaji Fusion knives they are a tad pricey
Love this knife....I use it quite a bit and the edge just keeps coming on. I run it over a Shun honing steel once in a while too. Keep your eyes open for a good deal, and grab one if you need a great chef's blade.
