Pros: Good weight and balance
Cons: Different grip takes some getting use to
Cons: Different grip takes some getting use to
I originally received a set of these as a gift. the 7 inch knife is one of my favorites. Typically sharp Japanese type blade with a really solid handle.
The weight surprised me at first, but I've come to really enjoy the ease of using this knife.
If you have not tried a knife with this type of grip/handle it may take some getting used to, but overall it's a wonderful knife that will probably last for many years.
