Pros: Hard to chip the non-stick surface, hardly anything sticks to the pan, extremely easy to clean
Cons: Non-stick surface can still chip or blister when over high heat, poor heat conduction, kinda heavy too
I got this pan for free from an incentive sales program at work. I highly recommend it for young people just starting out since it's relatively affordable (50-150 range for pots & pans). If you can't afford it, get mom and dad to buy it for you!
It'll last you way longer than anything you'll find in Wal-Mart or Target, and you can be a little hard on it. It's difficult to chip the surface, you can use blunt metal utensils on it and it can go in the dishwasher. If you don't have a dishwasher, cleaning it by hand is EXTREMELY easy!
The only thing to remember is not to use high heat on this pan. Even though it doesn't conduct heat well, there's no need to use high heat. You could blister the non-stick surface, and then you might as well throw it away, or get used to the fact that you're probably leeching toxic substances into your food. Have fun picking non-stick coating out of your food!
