Rated #3 in Cakes

Pros: The Ingredients Section

Cons: None

If you bake cakes, this book is a must have if not for the ingredients section alone. A pretty presumptuous title that is more then justified, Rose Levy Beranbaum mixes feel with science to produce a book that you'll refer to time after time.
