easy, fun vegan cupcake book
This was actually the first vegan cookbook I ever purchased. I picked it up at Borders and just couldn't put it down. All of the recipes in it are fantastic and are so simple to make! My family didn't even know the cupcakes that I made were vegan. Definitely a very useful book.
