This is the absolute best Chef's knife ever. The blade is thick enough to rock even with the fattest fingers, thin enough to skin a 4 pound salmon fillet, hard enough to tackle scores of pounds of beef, rugged enough to bring on the line on the busiest of nights, and sharp enough (provided decent care) to slice the ripest of tomatoes.
