Pros: This knife has a great feel in the hand. It is very sharp and lightweight.
Cons: I was led to believe that the knife would lend itself to very clean cuts and that material would not stick. That is not the case.
I love Wustof knives and am partial to their look and feel. That being said this not my favorite knife. It didn't hold its sharpness for very long and doesn't really cut and release like I expected from a Santoku knife design. The performance is very much like a chef's knife from Chicago Cutlery that my wife and I recieved for our wedding, albeit much lighter and easier to handle.
It is a high quality knife and I would recommend it but I would also suggest that expectations may need to be adjusted to truly enjoy its performance.
