Hi Guys!

I previously posted in the Cooking Thread. I am reposting it to this thread. Thanks very much for your help. I really appreciate that. I'll keep you posted.

The show would include: Restaurant Reviews/Critique, a Cooking/Baking Segment, Event Features, and etc...Would come out once a week in Asia, preferably on Saturday mornings. Target market is quite general, gearing towards middle-upper market....

Funny you chose gourmet because years ago I worked in sales for an upmarket food wholesaler in London, we had a competition to find a name for an upmarket range of luxury foods to be sold to supermarkets... The winner was mine ...Merchant Gourmet...it is still trading . Good luck with the show.
