Flavoring product seen at Fancy Food Show

This is not an endorsement; just thought I'd pass along the information:

At this year's Fancy Food Show, I saw (and sniffed ;) ) a line of flavor extracts called "Baker's Own Premium Natural Flavors" that people might want to check out. They are alcohol-and-water based (no oil), and come in 12 flavors:
  • Toasted Almond
  • Spiced Apple
  • Banana Crème
  • Wild Blueberry
  • Apricot Brandy
  • Roasted Hazelnut
  • Key Lime
  • Ripe Papaya
  • Pina Colada
  • Pistachio
  • Red Raspberry
  • Tangerine
Unfortunately, I failed to note the size of the bottles, but they were fairly small, only packed for retail sale. However, the guy said if there was a demand, he could package in quarts or gallons.

If you want more info, the website is: http://www.bakersown.com. But oops, the site is still under construction  So, try writing or calling or faxing:

Custom Brands Unlimited
P.O. Box 500
Solebury, PA 18963
phone 215-297-0499
fax 215-297-0161

I'd be interested in hearing the reaction of REAL bakers to this stuff. ;)
