ISO Sweet Potato Cheesecake

Hi there,
I was at a very nice soul food restaraunt not too long ago and a family member of mine ordered the SPCC which was absolutely fantastic. Thought I'd see if anyone here has a recipe they could share as I was hoping to create one for Thanksgiving.

I don't have a recipe exactly, but a pumpkin cheesecake recipe would probably work. You may want to let the mashed sweet potato dry out some on paper towels and such to remove moisture. It seems the SP is moister than the pumpkin?
