My restaurant is a cross between a french bistro and a New York Deli. I no longer do the day today cooking, but still do the recipe and menu development. Unlike many western USA restaurants, we still make everything from scatch.

In answer to the inquiry, Boise is the capitol of Idaho in the western US. A truly beautiful part of the country if you like rugged, undisturbed, mountainous terrain.:bounce:
