Well here i am

Hello All I thought its about time I join the board I've been reading it for almost a year now. I have gotten some great idea off of here.

Well, alittle about myself Im currently a student at a community college in the culinary arts program Im only in my second semester, but im having a great time learning and being able to work side by side with experienced chefs and restaurant owners.

I hope I continue to learn more off this board..
