Thread Starter
My mom just brought back some of these strange looking mushroom but the packaging is absent of any label. Can anyone tell me what these are called and suggest the best way to prepare them? I was thinking of just sautee'ing them with chicken or beef.

Looks like you have Cepes.

Frozen no dought.

Squeeze them dry and check for worms.

I always oven dry frozen Cepes.

Foie and Sweetbreads are what I love with Cepes.
