Greetings. I'm just an ambitious home cook who keeps googling for various cooking questions/issues and stumbled upon this site. Figured I could get the best advice here, although I'm not a professional. Hope that's OK.

My first issue, I have a ton of dried shrimp. Not literally, but a lot. Can I freeze some of it for later use in the Thai dishes I like to cook? How should I wrap it, ie., in a coffee can, freezer paper, ....? Many thanks.
