Omelet recipe

I normally don't post recipes. Heck I normally don't use recipes, not even when baking. But this morning I came across one which I thought everyone might like.

OK kuan,
1. I'm enviouse I did not come up with this recipe first.
2. I'm going to get one of these soon.
3. I will also do whatever it takes to get one.
4. I am very hungry now.
Geeze, do I sound like a Raider fan or a hungry chef? Doug..................

Man caviar is like $40-50 an ounce. 10oz and the food cost can be like $500, not to mention the lobster! :) They need to charge $1500 for the omelet!

I think I'll make mine with the tiny orange stuff in the jar. LOL!

I'll take mine with white truffle- shave one the size of a baseball into my omelet and I'll be a happy woman! :lips:
