Just to introduce myself. I am a Singaporean living in Hong Kong for 15 years. I used to own 2 cafe but recently I closed them down because they are not generating much profit. Can anyone tell me how to make money by opening a restaurant or cafe in Hong Kong? In fact I have planned to open a restaurant on the Hong Kong side. Anybody interested and wish to partner with me?
