A mum ( & occasionally dad) to 17yr & 9yr old. Turned 40 March just gone.. erm..
My culinary passion started when I was 11 by helping my mum in a bistro, doing the prep work and occasionally cooking, finished school and went on my merry way to find what work I enjoyed the most... doing all sorts from driving trucks to secretary but always returning to cooking, had a couple of babies on the way and proceeded to test out my culinary skills and creations on them...lol no one ever left a plate with food on it or didnt come back for seconds... so I figured I was doing something right... :bounce:
Now at the prime age of 40 Ive decided to do it on a professional side and learn how to stimulate my culinary meanderings to a higher level... :chef:
I love the oriental delights and it intregues me how they can turn something out of nothing into tastebud delights... anyways... Ive started my travel into the world of being a chef and looking forward to it immensely..
