I would really like to make my own flavors of biscotti. Is there a good "base recipe", of sorts, that I could add my own flavors into? Should I just take the basic one w/ anise and substitute something for that, or take out the anise all together?
And also, what can I use for flavors like strawberry, caramel? I've never seen a strawberry extract, lol. Any help is appreciated!
