Does anyone no of a decent source for new plate presentaions,i,m just working up a new menu and would like some current deas.Thanks for all your responses in advance.

Culinary Artistry would be in your interest. It has a chart with many main items such as Steak. Below, it will have Potatoes as one of the 10 or so classic, or tested, side dishes. You may have been asking for direction on assembly. I feel that what goes on the plate matters more than how its positioned.
I'd suggest the library and grab 5 books with fun, detailed covers. And take notes.
