Yes, I agree with momoreg, adding cornsyrup will give it some shine. By stirring in some whole butter to warm granache will work also. Make sure you are using a good quality chocolate. I have used chocolate chips (the cheap stuff) just to get by in a pinch, but the texture, taste and quality suffers.
I stir regular simple syrup into ganache in order to enhance its sheen. Of course, this will modify the texture of the ganache somewhat, so one must judge according to the intended application.
