I joined these message boards to hopefully talk to people with experience with culinary schools and working in restaurants. I want to begin a career in the food industry and I thought this would be a great place to get some advice. I grauated college with a degree in Biology and now I want to attend culinary school to do what I actually like to do. I hope you guys have some good thoughts to share. Thanks!
