Vegas restaurants

I'm going to Vegas for the first time in a few days and while I'm trying to save money...my husband and I would like to splurge on a great dinner. Any suggestions? Again, it must be worth the money. (I'm a food snob..I'm looking for something gourmet.). :) Thanks!

There are many fine restaurant's in Vegas - many major chefs have a place - but if you want a dining experience that is still worth it - go to michael's in the barbary coast - yes barbary coast - its very small - 46 seats or so, discrete and over the top in terms of service, food and yes price - 100 pp without wine - also a little old fashioned - they still have the ladies' menu - you know the one without the prices -
