My partner and I are flight attendants and rarely get the holidays (any holidays) off. Hence, this year we are celebrating "Chrisgiving" on a day of our own choosing. There will only be the two of us, so I'm not planning on cooking a full turkey. I've got plenty of recipes for side dishes, but I'm looking for a recipe for a brined turkey breast. I understand that it is the trend in cooking turkeys this year, and I'm sure a 3-5 pound breast will be enough for 2, with leftovers to spare. I sure would appreciate recipes sent to my email address (chachaguy@earthlink.net), and I'd be happy to share my recipe for potatoes au gratin with you (a little labor intensive, but worth the effort!!).
