India is now one of the top 5 tourist destinations and China is hosting the next olympic games. There is a rise in demand for chefs to work in Asia.

We would like to profile chefs who have worked in Asia or are currently working in Asia from anywhere else in the world for our website. Over time, we hope the Chef Profiles will be a source of inspiration for chefs making their move to Asia. It will also be an important point of reference for those thinking of relocating to Asia.

Thank you all for the responses

Special thanks really to Chef Zadi and Chef Benjamin Christie for responding to our appeal. We have featured both of them and their tales on working in Asia. We have also added the lastest Chef Profile - Chef Rudolf Muller, Executive Chef of Disneyworld.

Our website has also moved to a new home www.chefabroad.com to reflect better what we hope to achieve with the website.

We are also happy to let everyone know that we were featured by World Association of Cooks (WACS) website and Asia Cuisine & Wine Scene as "Link of the Week".

Please do continue to give us your support. We hope to do a great info service for the culinary world. :bounce:
