Hello. I found this site while researching information about the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco this month. I am exploring the idea of packaging gourmet foods and am very interested in any information anyone may have on the process of finding test kitchens, bottling and packaging sourcing, organic/sustainable food products, etc. Any information would be great!
