Hello again. I just signed up on this site this morning and already sooooo anxious to see what responses I get. I wanted to ask one more question ... what do you all know [if anything] about The Food Alliance? I know there are a hundreds of local chefs here in Portland who belong to the Food Alliance and purchase only from Food Alliance "approved" farmers. Does anyone know what the criteria is for getting that approval?
