Hello! This site is great - I've found lots of interesting threads to check out. Just need the time to sit down and read them all!
I'm a personal chef & caterer. My choice to do this line of work, rather than restaurant work, was based on needing my nights free (well, most nights) as I have two young children. Like most of you I'm sure, I love cooking, especially for friends and family. I'm loving catering, but don't love the delivering (read "schlepping").
Are there many pc's on here? I like this aspect of my job, but I could never make enough $ with just pc'ing. I need the catering.
