My father tells me that I am a good-hearted person, but it is my temper that ruins me. I am thinking about taking up a cooking course to keep busy. Is cooking beneficial to ones personality?

Cooking Courses and a Short Fuse!

If you have a passion for good food, then a cooking course can be very relaxing and enjoyable. But then you have to go into the kitchen and 'beat the clock' so to speak together with the other students. If you get angry with yourself the food will not taste good and then your fuse will explode. :bounce:

I think taking on any task that will humble you will change you for the better. Trying to gain skill or mastery in any art is an extremely humbling experience.

May I suggest baking bread? Kneading by hand can really get the lead out and does wonders for your triceps. :D
